During this appointment I’ll get to know you and your lifestyle, we’ll go through your nutrition goals and create a plan to work towards them.
Review Appointment (25 minutes)
During this appointment we’ll discuss your progress and amend our plan as required.

NDIS Appointments
Self and plan managed NDIS participants and DSOA participants accepted.
Standard initial and review appointment times and pricing apply for in clinic appointments.
Hourly rate of $150/hour applies for all other required work, including report writing, care coordination and others as required.
Home visits available, please contact me to book.
Travel fees apply, in accordance with NDIS price schedule.
Aged Care
Home visits available for residential and in-home aged care, including DSOA recipients, for 1:1 nutrition support.
Menu audits/facility services available for residential and in-home aged care.

Starting Solids (Virtual)
Includes initial Telehealth appointment with caregiver/s, and ongoing SMS/email support until baby is 12 months, as required.
Guidance provided on age appropriate textures, allergen introduction and key nutrients.
Suitable for all babies, including plant based/vegan babies and babies with allergies.

Additional Services
Nutrition education workshops or presentations, menu reviews, menu audits, recipe analysis and more.

Clinic Fees
Private patients:
Initial consult - $120
Review consult - $80
GP chronic condition management plans:
Initial consult - $120, out of pocket cost $58.20.
Review consult - $80, out of pocket cost $18.20.
DVA:
All consults bulk billed to DVA.
Bulk billed meal plans available where required.
NDIS:
Self and plan managed NDIS participants and DSOA participants accepted.

All other relevant work inc. home visits charged at hourly rate of $150/hour. Travel fees apply, in accordance with NDIS price schedule.
Health Funds:
Private health funds accepted, receipt provided for claiming.
Clinic Billing:
All billing of patients seen in clinic is done by Maclean Medical admin team. Payment is due on the day of appointment, no accounts will be given.
Cancellations:
Cancellations and rescheduling must be done more than 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, or failed to attend, will incur the full cost of your appointment type.
